*To be entitled to the advertised registration fee you must have registered and paid by the official closing date for ‘Early’ or ‘Standard’ registration.
What does the registration fee include?
The full registration fee entitles each delegate to the following:
- All sessions
- Delegate satchel
- All official documentation including program booklet, proceedings/abstract book and list of participants
- The Welcome Reception (Thursday night)
- Conference catering: Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
- Conference Dinner (Friday night)
What’s not included? – Additional items on the registration form
Please note if you wish to include a partner or guest in any of the social functions, an additional fee will be charged:
- Welcome Reception – Partners and guests may purchase tickets to the Welcome Reception ($60 each).
- Conference Dinner – Additional tickets to the Conference Dinner ($120 each).
- Pre-Conference Workshops – the cost to attend the workshops will be notified in coming days
Single day registrations do not include Welcome Reception or Conference Dinner. We will contact you to confirm your preferred day in due course.
Your completed registration and successful payment will be automatically acknowledged via email with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will only be confirmed on full payment of fees due.
Each member of the conference will receive a name badge upon registration on site at the Conference. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times during the Conference to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Conference Manager expects appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserves the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
We are unable to offer group registration. If you wish to register a group please contact us on (02) 9206 2094 or by email.
All payments by cheque incur a A$10.00 processing fee and will only be accepted up until 8 October 2018. If you would like to pay by cheque please contact us before completing the form on (02) 9206 2094 or by email.
After 8 October 2018 all registrations and accommodation bookings must be submitted online with credit card details.
Cancellations and timelines
Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Manager.
Registration cancellation fees: Before 8 September 2018 there will be an A$100.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations before 8 October 2018 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid. Cancellations on or after 8 October 2018 will receive no refund. All cancellations will be net of the Eventbrite processing fee.
Accommodation: Please make your own arrangements for accommodation directly with the providers. We will have a full list of options on this site shortly
Social: Cancellations on or after 8 October 2018 will receive no refund.
This information is correct at the time of publishing. The organisers reserve the right to delete, modify or alter items or to delete, modify or alter any aspect of the Conference timetabling and delivery at their sole discretion and without notice. Neither the host organisation(s) nor the Conference Manager will accept any liability for any loss or inconvenience caused to any party consequent to such changes.
Recordings / Copyright
The Conference Managers reserve the right to use any recordings whether audio or video and/or any photographs taken at any stage during the Conference for promotional, advertising or reporting of the Conference and/or its content at their sole discretion.
Details as given in the registration form (and any subsequent amendment) will be included in the Delegate List produced for the Conference which will be supplied to organising bodies, Sponsors, Exhibitors and all participants attending the Conference
